A Conversation

This was one of those images that took a while for me to warm up to, and now I really like. There’s quite a bit going on here. A man is chatting to a woman. He’s the hired help, she’s a resident, though of a decidedly unglamorous apartment block. She rides a scooter, he pushes a wheelbarrow. His rake is leaning against the brick wall and she’s clutching a shopping bag. And they’re just chatting away. There’s a story in there somewhere, and maybe some of it is true.
